Autograph Tickets FAQ

I have a VIP ticket with an autograph coupon. How do I use it?

Head to the Merch Booth on-site to redeem it. Autograph coupons included in VIP packages cannot be redeemed online.

Do I need a separate autograph ticket?

Yes. Every person getting an autograph must have a regular or premium autograph ticket. This applies even if you have a VIP admission ticket.

How many autograph tickets do I need?

One ticket per item you want signed. If you want two items signed, you need two tickets.

What is a regular autograph ticket?

A regular autograph ticket covers trading cards, hats, mini sticks, photographs, pucks, baseballs, and banners up to 11×14 in size.

What is a premium autograph ticket?

A premium autograph ticket covers jerseys, helmets, sticks, gloves, Funko Pops, trophy replicas, and banners larger than 11×14.

What is an inscription ticket?

An inscription ticket is an add-on you purchase in addition to your autograph ticket. It allows the guest to add personalized text after the autograph, such as “To [Name],” “HHOF,” “Stanley Cup Champ,” “Olympic Gold Medalist,” or the guest’s nickname.

What is a Fast Pass?

A Fast Pass lets you skip to the front of the autograph line, ahead of general queue holders.

Can I bring friends or family to line up with me?

Yes, friends and family are welcome to line up with you. However, anyone who wants an item signed must purchase their own autograph ticket.
