What do you mean by Regular and Premium items?
Generally, regular items are smaller or simpler items such as cards, 8×10 and 11×14 pictures, pucks, baseballs, magazines, books, index cards, currencies, hats, basketballs, soccer balls, and such.
Premium items are larger items like jerseys, 16×20 or larger pictures, rolled up posters, trophies, equipment, numbers, sticks, belts, art works, Funko Pops, Funko Pop boxes, McFarlanes, bottles, etc
Can you handle large items like hockey sticks?
Yes! We can handle large or odd shaped items like hockey sticks.
What’s an inscription?
An inscription is an additional note that you can request a celebrity to include on your item. It often highlights a personal achievement or milestone from their career. Common examples of inscriptions include “HOF,” career stats (such as goals, PIM, home runs or hits), the number of championships (e.g., Stanley Cups or World Series titles), awards, dates, “1st Overall Pick,” and more.
I'd like to have my item personalized; is that an extra charge, like an inscription?
Not at all, you can have it made out to yourself or to anyone else at no extra cost.
Are there any extra costs like duties or taxes?
If you are mailing orders from within Canada, there will be no extra duties applied to your order. There will be taxes applied.
If you are mailing from outside of Canada, there may be extra duties or tariffs applied when we receive the item(s), and again when they are shipped back to you. We will not be responsible for these extra charges.
How long will it take for me to get my mail-in order back?
We estimate that it will take about 2-4 weeks after the Expo for you to receive your mail-in collectible(s) back, depending on the return shipping destination and when we receive payment for return-shipment.
I have a question about my mail-in order. Who can I contact?
Please send your inquiry to: mailorders@sportcardexpo.com.
How much are COA holograms?
The hologram are at no cost, and are optional. Some collectors do not like holograms on their items, especially cards.
What is meant by "pen choice" ... color? Marker or paint pen?
Color, brand, fine, ultra fine, etc.
Can i ship my own marker(s) to use?
Absolutely, we will do our best to return them to you, unfortunately we can’t guarantee we will be able to. We recommend writing your name on them.
Do you ship Canada post? Wondering if i should use a physical address or my PO box?
We usually try to use Canada Post unless the price difference is too big or someone requests a different courier company.
Feel free to use your PO Box as your return address.
I don’t see an option to just order a puck from you. Is that possible?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer products to be signed this spring.
We are looking into offering products to be signed for future Expos.
For the autographs if I am unable to attend on the day of a specific signing is it possible to drop off rather than mail on one of the days prior and then try and pick up after or have it shipped back?
Unfortunately, we need a few days to prep all the orders we will be getting prior to the show. For that reason we need all orders to be in our possession no later than April 24, 2026. As for picking up your item after the signing, unfortunately is not possible at this time.
