- To be valid, entries must be submitted by Nov, 10, 2024 at 5:00pm EST.
- Eligibility: Contest is open to all Canadian and US residents who have reached the age of majority in their state, province or territory of residence at the Contest opening date.

- The procedure of Awarding Prize: One winner will be selected during week of Nov 11-15, 2024 by email after a random draw. The first selected contestant to correctly answer the mandatory mathematical skill-testing question shall be declared the winner.
- The prize shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged or refunded for an amount of money, sold or transferred.
